	We take care of your garden, large or small, and our Mallorca staff, have the knowledge and initiative to deal with whatever problems arise. All the details of your garden will be tended, so that when you and your guests arrive on Mallorca, you simply have to sit back, relax and enjoy it. We take care of your irrigation systems, weed control, sowing, new planting, pruning, for gardens of any size.


		Our Mallorca pool maintenance staff are fully trained and experienced. Furthermore, we have the permission of the Ministry to clean and maintain swimming pools of any size. We keep a record of the respective water situation for all our clients. This data is available for you, and of course, in the case of an inspection, at any time. Our engineers settle any problems which may arise. Your swimming pool will be cleaned as often as is necessary – this depends either on your personal preference or the standards set by the authorities – “Consejeria de Sanidad de la Comunidad Autonoma”. At the end of the summer, we decide together if the swimming pool should be emptied or treated with special Swimming Pool Products during the winter.

MOVING IN/ OUT, END-OF-TENANCY

AND SPRING CLEANS

We have cleaners who specialise in in-depth cleaning projects on Mallorca .e.g. at the end of a tenancy or for spring-cleaning. Maids from Mallorca are equipped with everything they need to clean all areas of the property, including kitchen appliances and cupboards. We can arrange for extra household maintenance services (painting, decorating, building repairs). This is a full-package service often requested within our end-of-tenancy offer.

We work with house-owners, tenants and letting agents and we are familiar with the professional standards required at the end of a tenancy. We can provide a service guarantee on Mallorca; if you are not entirely happy with the job we have done, then we will clean the property again for free. Our letting-agent clients will happily vouch for our thoroughness.

Our rates for spring-cleaning are based on the number of hours required according to the size of your property. You can also request carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Our rates for letting agents are based on the size of the property and the type of service. Please give details of the areas to be cleaned: number of rooms, stairs, lounge areas, toilets and, if applicable carpet cleaning and/or upholstery cleaning.

Depending on the type of service, we may request advance payment or credit card authorisation. A cancellation fee may apply if a service is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
